Anyone else ever bumped into the wonderful uselessness that is the obvious (although they attempt to hide it) bot at the yahoo customer care desk? I've exchanged 6 or so emails with it now and it's run out of new answers so it's just looping.

Funny but also extremely irritating and well, disrespectfull.
