they must be on some REALLY good stuff. Maybe if they sold it they'd get enough to save the trees. :D

I'm all for saving the trees and all from deforestation, because we really do need them, but to cry over it? Thats kind of stupid. Whats next crying over a rock?

Well, if you're all about protecting trees, loving nature and all that, what happens when a wind storm blows down trees? Or the pine beetle kills huge swaths of trees in the western US? Or what about when a beaver kills a tree? Do you kill the beaver in retribution? Or do you just call that part of the circle of life?

I'm an ardent defender of trees myself (I even believe trees are more important than Wal-Marts and highways), but this is ridiculous. On the other hand, this keeps them busy and off the streets, they take care of each other and so don't put an additional burden on the mental health system.
