print screen then paste the image in a image editing program try to save the image as jpeg as it has good compression for sending on the web

Druid - on Window$, just press "Print Screen" then open up any of your favorite picture editing tools (I use Photoshop, but MSPaint works just fine) and press Paste. Save it and send it.
