Rule:

This Jedi Academy looks neat. I liked JKII until the multiplayer portion I thought became unplayable because of all the cheating going on. Lucas Arts creates good games, but I'll wait and see what the multiplayer support will be.

El Cid... I am hooked on Raven Shield. I play most nights. It is a great tactical game, not "arcade-like" as BF is. (I also love BF, juts highlighting that they are different).

Far Cry looks to be a great game.

Joint Operations may be a sleeper.

Sannop: Thanks for the recommendation. I have played Tom Clancy games, and have been turned off by them because they are too slow. Tactical thinking could be your forte, which is an art in my opinion, but it is a boring art to master. Also, I have nothing against BF1942 for its 'arcade like' feel. I like arcade games, because they are an esacpe from reality. I don't play video games for realism, and the people that do scare me.

Beast: Planetside would absorb much to much time out of my day. However, this game Call of Duty is really cool . I usually dislike singleplayer games, but this game is an exception. I dont know if its out or not. I plan on buying a copy and thanks for the tip.

Jimmy Tango: I like the graphics in Far Cry, and the pretty island . I got turned off by the general lay out of the game, which is too much like a Tom Clancy game. I think if I was on that island I wouldnt want to be shooting people either. I think I'd prefer to have a few cocktails with some beautiful local women and see where we went from there.

Tommy Boy: STALKER looks like a really bad fuckin nightmare. The visuals are very realistic and Ive never seen more realistic looking trash, and abandoned nuclear facilities before in my life. Playing that game for 2 hours would be would be similar to an overdose on LSD, , so I will never play that game. And freind to freind [:tard: ] I urge you to reconsider your interests, stop all activites that would make you want to play a game like that, and cultivate lighter loftier intrests; your better that that.[/:tard: ]

Gubenz3000: I havent looked into Tribes 2, but my former clanmates were big into that game. As for Call of Duty, your right, its not a sequel to RTCW, but it is an Activision game like RTCW. I dont know much about Quake 4 but I can say that Quake 3 (and RTCW) has the best network code for multiplayer games in my opinion.

call me strange but I dont like games that are unrealistic. I dont play games to 'escape reality', I play them because they're fun, and I like them realistic. I can't get into games that are based on fantasy rubbish. That's why I like BF so much. We play on somewhat realistic battlefields, which is fun because I think "stuff like this might have actually happened in WWII". I cant say that sort of thing in...an Unreal Tournament game.

Call me strange but I do not like realistic games I mean I did not like MOHAA it was nothing like wolf to realistic...Wolf is not to unrealistic in MP but in SP oh it's like a action movie...I like unrealistic because of the freedom they give I want to play that planetside game it's a huge war with tanks and stuff, BF1942 i would say is realistic and that game is great so i would say that some times I like a realistic game and other times I like a unrealistic game...by the way El Cid love your post
