Problem with Bittorrent

Hell all.
It seems with D/Ling files with Bittorrent that I'm having problems deleting the D/L files after using them. When trying to delete them, I get the popup the states the file is in use by a program or another user.
Any help???
D'oh!!! nevermind, I figured it out...finally.
