Any Battlestar Galactica Fans?

Check this out: http://www.scifi.com/battlestar/ . They're making a new miniseries and they changed Starbuck into a woman among many other changes. Should prove to atleast be interesting...

I'm rather glad they changed the characters. I thought the idea for the series was great, but the characters were corny/annoying, except for the Centurions of course. And Boldar.

Starbuck. Ugh. The robotic teddy bear. yech.

Chacal, do you remember that Buck Rogers series with Gil Girad and that dumb robot that went beady-beady-beady? Man, that show was god-awful?

I remember that show. Several years ago the Sci-Fi channel used to alternate playing that at 8:00 with Battlestar Galactica. That's where I learned about these shows because they're both obviously before my time.

I haven't seen any pictures of what the new Battlestar Galactica will look like, but it still better look pretty much how it did on the old series. The vypers look pretty much the same so hopefully the Galactica will as well.

I think every episode of that show must have had some kind of joke relating an "antique" hair dryer to some sort of primitive ray gun.

Rocky, I fixed my link. Sorry, that first site didn't allow direct links to it.

I think my file is even dorkier than the one you found. Check it out.

Gotta love your oh-so sexy picture of Gil Girard. What a stud-muffin. *pukes*

Not unlike every episode of Good Times had to have J. J. saying "Kid a-Dyno-mite!"

Or Gary Coleman saying "watch-you talkin' 'bout"?

Sometimes I can't believe sitcom writers get paid to put out that garbage.

DAMN YOUNG"UNS!!!!!

You guys got to remember about the times then. This was a time when cable TV was just starting up, increasing the 3 channels to 10-20...woot!!! Also remember CGI stuff was non-existant, everything was vid-on-vid crap. Let's not even go into the mentality then (the 80's), but the babes were still great to look at. Scifi channel's been running some of the old BG and Buck shows, saw a large-breasted Marke Post on a Buck show just the other day. (Remember Night Court?)

Hell, I still remember when MTV started. I had one of the first MTV/HBO and stereo hook-ups around. Some people during the parties would just stare down the MTV shiat all night long ( might have something to do with the drugs then).

Oh, that must've been back when MTV used to play that thing called "music." I forgot about that.
