SOE Customer Treatment

Postby LXS_Strithe » Fri Jan 02, 2004 9:30 am

Basically I had a trial account because I wanted to see if SWG got better, it did and I decided I would keep playing it whenever I wasnt scrimming in halo. My trial account finally ran out and I was required to put in a cdkey on the jewel case of the game, but I cant cause its already registered to my old account which I dont know the password for the old account, which wouldnt even really matter cause I cant get rid of the cdkey on the account so i can use it on the new one. Basically making me have to RE-Pay 50 bucks to play the game again cause of my cdkey being registered to MY old account.

I left this for sony -

I have been trying to get my account cdkey switched to my new one which was a trial account so I could use my OLD cdkey on my new account, I could have provided personal information to confirm that it is actually me including cdkey, address, name, phone number, ect. CSR Eric was not only not helpful but did not provide any way of helping me or refunding my money on a game that I cant play because I cant access it anymore due to the cdkey being registered to an account that isnt even being used. With this experience I can truly say I will never be a station sony customer ever again and will let people know how the company treats its customers. Thank you for not helping.

Man, don't even get me started about SOE. First, I got screwed out of $30, I bought a 3-month subscription to PS that they "lost", then their "fixes" ended up making every cent I spent on that friggin game a waste. In the interim, I had some major problems which their customer service dept. brushed off. SOE sucks, and regardless what product/license they own/release, I'll be damned if I waste another cent on it. Their tech support sucks, their customer service sucks, and their product (PS) sucks. Here's to boycotting SOE.
