RTCW Help

Postby Rand0m » Tue Jan 13, 2004 5:12 pm

I was wondering if there is anyway to convert a RTCW demo into a windows media player file so that it will play correctly and be able to view the demo in there. I know how to watch demos in RTCW itself but having it on windows media player would be good so I can fool around with the file, add sounds/sound over, etc. Any help is appreicated, thank you.

ah, what u want is what takes a lot of work. I mean a lot! You have to go in your demo, and type a command that takes 30 secreenshots per second. However, once you're all done, you will have no sound. It also takes up a lot of harddrive space. A 2 minute show could take up like 10 gigs:P I'm starting to do it on cod. It's far worth it to watch the demo.
