If we're discussing outrageous ads, let me mention one that's currently running in the Washington, DC Metro system (that'll be the subway).

minus the bottom portion, this is the ad poster:

You can read about it here.

These moveon guys are friggin pathetic.

They went to school for "political activism" What the hell is that? Try learning a real job skill. This fucking simp that runs it doesn't even work. He graduated from college but still calls himself a "student" activist. He mooches from contributions and doesn't have a real job, do real work, or even have a job skill.

We need less idiots like this and more peole that actually produce.

not that i agree with MoveOn's political stances, but George Bush is a moron. the rest of the world can see it, too bad only 50% of Americans can. hopefully 51% see it next November.

God, I hate when people say "Bush is a moron" Evidentially, he isn't too much of a moron because he IS the President of the United States - more than we can say for the rest of us. Instead of repeating Liberal propaganda, how about stating some facts about why you think he isn't a good President...oh...because there are none.

I could go off and talk about how he invaded a country that supposedly has weapons of mass destruction, meanwhile ignoring a country that DOES (north korea), or how he lied to everyone in the world to get support for his little war...or how he's run up the largest federal defecit in American history...how he has turned the compassion that almost EVERYONE in the world had for your country after 9/11 into HATE...

Keep in mind I don't think badly of Americans. I like them :P but I dont like Bush. I hope this doesn't start to get personal, because I have nothing against ANY of you guys here.

Hehe, I don't like taking sides, because these threads never work out well.

Consider this. On a random day of BF, you see over half of the player population being idiots. Now consider that with the nature of the game WW2 it generally draws an older crowd than you'll see in something like CS, or unreal 2k3. So if we say that a random pick of the players is about equal to a random sample of Americans; We have over half of them (american voters) being idiots.......so if half of the people that can vote are idiots then we could very well end up with an old bit of monkey feces as a president!

Note: This post has no FIRM basis on reality. If you attempt to use it to further your propaganda for either political party, you will be hunted down, gang raped by prison inmates, then shot. Then possibly have more bad things done to you after you're dead. That is all. :D

I'm not sure why those adds are outrageous...
Politicians like mud slinging, and all adds show your stuff in the best way.

And I don't think badly of Canadians. :) But, we're never going to agree with each other on this, no matter what evidence, facts, propoganda or demagoguery we put forth, so let's just say - you don't like Bush, and I don't like Chretien. Chretien's gone, and in four more years, Bush will be too. ;) :D

Good post Xenius, i think many times game persona reflects
the real person some times better than standing in front
of you in real life.

I was about to post my two cents, and say that this thread will only become a political flame war.... and then I saw the light in Xenius's post----

Please STFU unless you plan to say something that won't piss someone off or else this will go on, and on, and on, and on... :)

Thank You

I hope I didn't P-O anyone :D. Wasn't my intention. :)
