Well guys if you like sports then this is how they reward you. Not to mention jacking up cable tv rates to pay for this ungodly salary. This is why ESPN is trying to get another 25% rate increase from cable companies, even though there not the #1 ranked network. And all the other networks only look at around 5% to .1% increases.

Shit, I live about five minutes away from Ranger's Stadium. They have sucked for awhile now, don't think getting rid of one of the best players on the team will help any.

I agree with everyone's comments F the Yankees. That friggen game sucked when the Sox lossed, come back from commerical break all I hear is, Its up, will it stay fair....HOME RUN, wtf! other teams would have pulled off the same deal if they had the opportunity. besides, paper teams don't necessarily win. all the whining about small market teams not being competitive is propaganda promoted by selig. just look at the angels, a's, twins and marlins. at least the yankees spend money and make it interesting.
