I swam in high school, and we had a guy on our team with this, uh... affliction. He wasn't very good, but he kept people off his tail during practice! Plus he was a jerk and also he picked his nose constantly. Therefore, I declined to vote for the good swimmer/surfer thing, and opted for the freak choice.
