I've used a Creative PCI TV-tuner card for a while now... since I don't watch much TV, it made economic sense, and it works like a TIVO, too. The ATI All-in-Wonders do the same thing, but have the extra bonus of connecting to GuidePlus to find out what's on and schedule recordings.

I'm waiting for an HDTV tuner card to come out.

Heh, yeah the cable signal of 640x480 doesn't look nearly as good as the HD signals.
