Added some new smilies!

Well, because of a thread we had a while back, i've added some of the smilies I thought were the best.

In the current version of vB we use, you cannot catagorise smilies. In vB 3, you can. That being said, I left out a lot of the 'personal' smilies describing. Perhaps in the future, we can add those when we can catagorise those. But for now, i've added some general ones

Whiner? :whine: = :whine:

Lock!! :lock: = :lock:

Badger, badger, badger... :badger: =

Repost! :repost: =

Rant! :rant: = :rant:

--Weapons--

Bazooka! :bazooka: =

Sniper! :sniper: =

Like em? Should I add more? Im trying to make them 'match' with the others.. Don't want any huge ones, and mostly general ones
