I can't get excited about the outcome, but that was one exciting game!

... and what kind of retarded ref calls a penalty on the LOSING team the last 40 seconds of so of the STANLEY CUP GAME????? Even the announcer didn't know what it was... he went from announcing it was high sticking, to hit from behind..... when it was neither.

Ok, fine, im just sour... silver looks better against red anyway :P :P :P

If you say that in Canada, isn't that considered heresy? :P

I liked that game 7 better than when Vancouver played the NY Rangers in 94... after that keenan came to St. Louis and pissed everyone off for 3 years before he was fired.

All i can say is that Martin St. Louis got trucked at the end of the game. The hit was clean, its just the after affects that made him get all cut up.

Losing a championship like that is rough and i feel bad for the calgary fans, their road to the cup was defenitely more difficult. On the other hand Khabibulin stood on his head at times, only bad play was the one goal he let up... and who can blame him?

Good game one of the best i ever watched without having any sort of vested interest in either side.

it was a great Stanley Cup final...you can't ask for much more than a 7 game series, decided by one goal...

...unless it was the Ottawa Senators winning the Cup.

P.S. The Senators announced Bryan Murray as the new Head Coach today...Go Sens Go!

Buly, as long as you don't favor something like basketball instead, I respect your opinion. :D

Definetly a penalty Siren, he high sticked him and boarded him and cut him open which in normal case would be a 4 minute and a 2 minute penatly. I was rooting for Calgary for sure, but im a Lecavalier fan and that little prick St. Louis got hammered so im happy.

I like tampa too, but was cheering for Calgary. Even at that, there is no doubt that the call at the end of the game was the right one...it is just too bad about the ones that were missed, and the ones that should not have been called, but were, earlier in the night.

He didn't high stick him.... the only reason he got smacked by his stick was because he fell underneath it :D
