Another late post. This version contains the same engine fixes as iortcw 1.42b.

Additional changes:
Add g_spawnInvul cvar (Spawn protection time)
Add g_sharedlives (Bonus)
Add Pure Mode option in create server menu
Fix g_password cvar
Fix enforcing of max lives
Add +vstr like OSP for button scripting (from nate)
Fix some server crash issues and exploits
