Well, duh, obviously the admin is in a timezone that's 2 hours and 35 minutes different than the server. That means he lives somewhere between PST and MST.

4:20 is in reference to drugs. The Violation number for possession of marijuana is 420. Maybe "player" was an admins friend down the hall and he wanted to smoke up.
