I agree Hot has the most skill but lets face it when your dying wouldn't you rather see Sirens face hovering over you? LOL Besides it is always fun when she is on. Makes me laugh.

I think Garbage is the best all round medic considering kills, accuracy, doc running, med packs, and revives.
