Life Limit?!?!

I'm sorry if this has been discussed already, but this is only my second visit to the forums since I started playing the game.


Today (saturday, april 3rd) it seems like I only ever have 3 lives and am then skulled.

This the new setting? Or did you guys just make a special cfg for yours truely?

Same thing happened to me, I joined a match, with like 5 minutes I guess, and after getting killed ONCE, I was skulled. What's up with that?

Me too! MichoRizo (StarscreaM) said that happens only when you come into a round really late. I wouldn't know why this is however.

If you play one minute you got one life. If you play 2 minutes you got 2 lifes. If you play 20 minutes you got 20 lifes. Easy, isn't it?

After all of this time, I never noticed that! I guess I just assumed you start out full lives. (you know what they say about assuming!) I just never bothered to look!

That´s better solution than bann a skulled guy till the next round. ( it was a time where the guy that reconnected to have more lifes was banned for he didn´t start with full lifes).

If true I think it is a great choice so It can even the teams in lives, so pleople are more careful with their lives

It definately makes the game more interesting from the allied point of view if the axis have fewer lives as they can play attrition and win like that, otherwise a good defence can be impossible to break. This new system sounds interesting though.

If you join the server as an axis with 6 minutes left and 25 lives what would you do? You would try to poison kill or goomba kill cuz you have all those lives and there's only a few minutes left. I think a life limit for a short game is good.
