DVD Encoder

Does anyone have a link to a site where i can download a DVD player for my computer for free? I tried watching one, and it says i don't have a DVD encoder installed on my compuyer. :help:

Get PowerDVD it's pretty good although it has a trial. It also allows screen capture.
