yeah and i have a right to express my opinion here... I don't have a problem with you but i do have a problem with singling people out. Either its fat people, skinny people, blind people, etc.
I have an experience with being singled out because of having deaf parents so would i be sensitive to a situation like this? of course i would. Its been my experience that the people who aren't in in the slightest bit interested in being sensitive to anyone are jerks.
Just because you and your wife pledge something together doesn't mean that gives you the right to treat someone else like shit. Try pleding it to everyone you meet, i might be impressed.
Besides who's to say Edwards didn't pledge the same thing to his wife?

Dudes post wasn't so much about the physical state of his wife or an insult to fat people. It was a comment about the lifestyles of politicians and the people who surround them.
Good for you that you live in equality ville but you're naive if you don't think that if this guy makes VP some hot young intern might not consider throwing herself at him.

And although I could give a crap wether someone is overweight or not it has been scientifically proven to be bad for your health and lead to increased risks of many problems including heart diesease. So its unhealthy and many people find unhealthy things unnatractive.

Where did I treat anyone like shit? I made an observation that his wife is overweight and while being deaf is not a personal choice, obesity in 99% of the cases, is. Okay? So, my point was that since she's most likely made a choice to stay overweight, he MAY develop a roving eye when he's surrounded by all those young attractive girls. It's all speculation on my part that he may have strayed and apparently others agree.
Some guys find overweight women attractive but I suggest you go look at the babe thread and see how many of those guys cruise these forums.
