Battle for Middle Earth - RTS

I am a life-long Tolkien fan and I do like RTS games. I really hope they do Battle for Middle Earth well. Anyone else looking forward to this game?

I've had my eye on this one since it was annouced last September. Looks very cool. Heck, I might just buy it solely for it's single player. There's so many ways one could go about destroying middle earth. :blow:

And the Balrog in the demo video. Sweet. :cool:

Someone want to enlighten me on what RTS is? I figured it was something that meant like a game that was played like Empire Earth, or Medieval Total War. Am i right?

Real Time Strategy.

Basically games like, Warcraft, Starcraft, Age of Empires, Command and Conquer, etc. Games where you have resources and units and you control them in "real-time."

It looks real cool and I have been waiting for it's release.
Not sure if I like that genre of games though. I tend to get overwhelmed easily.

Dude, I spent hours hunting with my rifle in Oregon Trail. It was so hard to hit those damn rabbits/squirrels.
