Michael Jackson (news) wants "a celebrity exception to the First Amendment" which will keep much of his child molestation case secret, a media lawyer argued in a motion filed Tuesday.
Oh goodie! Now we can have exceptions to the 1st Ammendment!

i don't think it's the way it was written but the people who are in charge of definging what it means is the problem.

yeah but I doubt ppl will ever be happy with the constitution cuz we all have our opinions
