Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

Ouch..This seems odd with games like Doom 3 now out and Half Life 2 on the way. Maybe a good buy monday morning

That's because Nvidia's GPU market didn't do so hot, and they missed their projected earnings by a lot.

ATI pwns Nvidia. Period.

I agree with Slayer. I love my ATI.

If only ATI would make their download/update pages more clear. Half the time I'm not sure if I'm getting the right update.

I think ATI needs to work on their software support for their hardware products. They aren't too good with driver support that's for sure.

ATI has very good software support. Their drivers have come a long way, and the ATI website has a place for people to submit bugs so they can be fixed.

you're nuts. You are thinking ATi 1-2 years ago. driver support is good now.

Nvidia better get their game together- I don't want to see ATI completely own them
again. It's good when they try to out-to each other, because we (consumers) end up getting better products

Well maybe that is just my personal experience with their drivers... I love the preformance of their products but I always seem to have problems with their software.
But ATI still pwns.

Yeah, I like ATI's software support.

Nvidia still holds a larger market-share than ATI overall though.
Interstingly enough, Intel beats both ATI and Nvidia when it comes to the GPU market.

Ya, cuz they make tons of chipsets and stuff which have built in graphics...
I am happy with my Geforce 4 4200, it runs BF great and was probably the best 200 bucks ive spent...

I sold at about $165.

This is true, I've also had problems loading ATI drivers and getting them to work. I never had a problem witn Nvidia drivers.
