ECGN Meetup

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

I think a few guys said it best. You can be in DC a week and STILL not see everything. Most of us that game on the ECGN servers play WWII based games. No better place to meet up IMO than DC. Throw in the fact that most of the ECGN staff are at least "in the area" and I think DC should at least be considered the front runner for Sausage-fest II.

I think we kind of gaffed when it came to the non-BF1942 regs that play here. Wasn't lack of love guys, we have plenty of love to go around, just look at the pics/movies... We should do a better job of extending invites to all the ECGN regs for #II  .

What's up man? Last time I checked Tom, Charles, Jon, Evan, Ryan and Yadad were from the East Coast and Ohio. If your jumping on me thinking that I was meaning everyone that plays on ECGN is from the East Coast you need to relax. You edited most of the post also. The reason it worked out as well as it did is because there were many locals around that have something to actually do with the data center and ECGN. If you go to Vegas what are you going to tour, the Vegas WW2 memorial? Where are you going to have a cookout, The Palms? What about the guys under 21? Sure they'll have a blast in Vegas (insert sarcasm here). And since the odds are this post will be dissected I'm sure you can and will have a good time in Vegas or anywhere else in the country but you can't discount that this one worked as well as it did do to the many individuals that were in the immediate DC area.

I didn't mean for you to take this bad, sorry. I was just trying to say that alot of ecgn players and admins are from elsewhere.:) I would love to see D.C.

Yadad, thanks for the reminder of the Ryan quote. That was both classic and most unexpected.

I see you like my picture of you and the Washington Monument. :P
