You're a kid who's pissed that he caused a problem and was banned. If a customer of ours did the same thing (crashing our servers) we would deactivate their account. There are no two ways to look at the issue. Even customers have been kicked/banned from our gaming servers.
As a side note - we
do listen to what our customers have to say. That's why we're always improving our services and the like.
