Postby DocTrebor » Thu Sep 02, 2004 10:24 am

Once again all of us Floridians are screwed....much more so than the previous 2 hurricanes. Right now its planning on riding straight through Disney towards Tallahasse....So just hope none of us end up floating around....:help:

buckle up. or just evacuate. not sure why people hang around in the middle of this when they have ample warning.

Yeah, a lot more warning than with Tornado's and flash floods here :). Although, Hurricans cause damage on a MUCH wider scale. Both very dangerous though and I hope all of you Florida ppl are sade!

I heard that this one has slowed down considerably. Not good with the high winds being produced. Hope all you FLAers got out safe or come through it in one piece. Good luck!

Well having it slow down means it will hang over the state for 18 Hours, with high damaging winds, along with 12-24Inches of rain. My family has since that news gone crazy, ripped off our closet doors and put them over our front windows, drilling gapping holes in the stucko during the fiasco. It kind of reminds me of a simpsons episode. :( :freak:

Man this year has got to have been devastating to the Floridian economy. First Bonny, then Charley, and now Frances. Talk about bad luck.
