I actually use the MS proggie. Start the music, then start the game. Works great.

Can you improve my Foreplay? :D

I've actually found that playing music behind any multiplayer FPS distracts me and just die over and over..... :(

When I play any FPS game I always have Winamp playing in the background with my music, and I let the games audio come through too. However, in order to make it easier to change songs, I have used Winamps hotkey feature to do this:

Control + KP 1 - Nothing
Control + KP 2 - Volume Down
Control + KP 3 - End of Playlist
Control + KP 4 - Previous Song
Control + KP 5 - Play/Pause
Control + KP 6 - Next Song
Control + KP 7 - Nothing
Control + KP 8 - Volume Up
Control + KP 9 - Start of Playlist
Control + KP 0 - Stop
