Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

Probably the drivers, dude. I got one of the 2.4s. I think most will agree that I can use it reasonably well.

... Yes, it can be a pain but as long as you remember to wake it up, it's all good. [/B]

Schrapnel, I've had the Saitek X45 for over two years and it's by far the best joystick I've ever had.

It's well constructed and still feels brand new.
ive been looking at this, how does it compare to a logitech as far as response(assuming the logitech is new and unbroken)

I've never used the logitech before so I couldn't tell ya.

The only problem you may find with the X45 is it doesn't have the twist feature as Rule mentioned previously.

I dislike the twist feature so it's all good to me.

If your not in a dire need for a joystick, I would wait for the X52. :D

when I hear joystick and computer game in the same sentence and its not a sports game, I just shake my head fro side to side, and think wow that is "arcade" like and I put it down and get one that is from at least the 90's

great game, does the new one have twist handle. idk why but i think that makes the game alot simpler. does the sytek have some sort of rudder, i suppose thats all that matters.
