That a doctor took his time to call that same McDonalds and say they were serving it way too hot?

Best of all, do you even know what McDonalds was serving that coffee that hot to begin with? See, seniors got a special, buy one cup and free refills(or at a dirt cheap price). McDonalds(the company, not just that one) found that if you served the coffee scorching hot, the average number of refills was cut down to.....1.

So, to cut down the cost of coffee to seniors, they served coffee so hot it causes severe burns.

Yes, they deserved to be sued, and they deserved to fork over money. They BLANTANTLY put all customers that bought coffee in danger of sever burns all to save a few cents on a refill of coffee.

BTW, McDonalds went back to court and it was cut down to barely over 100K and medical costs.

Instead of looking into the matter, you just think coffee was spilled, she sued, bullshit lawsuit. You could look into the matter yourself, but hey, why bother and just be ignorant?

I don't recall calling you a girl, but maybe girly-man (boy?) would make you feel better? Grow up.

The point I was making was the fact the jury awarded her several million dollars.

I was reading the post by glider and found no connection to you being a girl Tango.
