Halflife 2
For 55$ i would at least like to get a gd manual and a nice plastic case for my 5 friggen CD's. How sad is it that you have to ship one of the most brillant pieces of software ever created in a paper pos sleeve. This irritates me to no end. Bunch of cheap ass bastards. That is all.

For the $55 you aren't paying for the box or whatevers inside - just the rights to play the game and give back something to the designers who have worked endlessly for years to give you that game.
Valve/Sierra doesn't owe you a damn thing.

I always toss the box and stuff after I get a game. I put the key in a file where I keep track of all my software keys, and the CDs go into a binder.

55$ pays for everything including that box and plastic case. Im not saying they owe me anything at all evan, simply stating that for 55$ i would like to have something better to store my disks in.

I was a bit surprised at the lack of manual/documentation too... I wish I had gotten it from Steam as I had to use the account anyway to play. I pre-ordered the game months ago and couldn't afford to get it now so I had to use the retail version.

They should owe us for making CS as crappy as it is. Six years later and all we get is a facelift on the same maps and old concept. Sigh.
Other than that, the game is totally awesome single player wise. All those years were definitely worth the wait. I am waiting anxiously for DoD.
