Admin Feedback - Raven

I am creating this thread specifically for myself.
I'm gonna let you guys know how I role, and if theres anything you question about my adminning, tell me here so I can fix it. I try to be fair to everyone, so here is how I'm gonna do it.
I give 3 warnings before a kick, UNLESS it's someone I have kicked/banned in the past pulling the same non-sense. Than it's a ban on spot. I am pretty fair with it, I warn, Warn, Warn, Kick, Temp-ban, Temp-ban, full ban. That's alot of chances to fix whatever it is your doing wrong. Don't take advantage of this. I'm not generally this nice to people.
Certain situations call for certain steps to be taken. Obviously if someone is new to the server, and blocking I warn them. Generally this solves the problem ASAP. If I know this person does this all the time, I step it up a notch, and fling/launch/putteam s the person, and also provide a warning with it. If it continues... see previous steps. Kick, Tempban, Tempban, Full Ban. It should never have to come to a full ban.
Racial Slurs... I generally give a warning, and ask the person to quit or mute them. A mute can be solved via disconnecting/reconnecting. Easy enough... if the warning doesn't work, a kick will follow, than a temp-ban, than a full ban.
Tk'ing - I treat this harshly unless it's accidental. I will spec the person, and if I see them being a smack-tart I will deal with them. If I don't catch them, and recieve more complaints, I find a way to deal with it to satisfy both parties. If a false complaint is made just to see if you can get someone kicked, that's an immeadiate kick, and a temp/full ban. Don't waste my time with false complaints.
The commands... !ftime, !pip, !pop, !glow on/off
Nice to have fun with, as voodoo stated in his post, uncalled for during game. I have done !pip once or twice during game, so I am just as guilty. These commands, when used in moderation are an excellent, and fun addition to the server.

Yeah, if a smack-tart is anything like a pop-tart, where can I get some? Cause thems pretty darn good eating when your running late in the morning. lol

Gutsy but very honorable move Raven, you are of course opening yourself up to the world to come get you.
SO i hope they go easy on you if they do have any legit beefs.
I do have a complaint, that one time I was sniping on the hill and you were a LT on the OTHER team and you gave me ammo, I dont think you filled me up all the way, I still only had like 38 rounds, not 40.

Raven you are the epitome of a good admin and it is has been a pleasure playing with you since long ago in the time of the Dr's. I don't care if anyone says otherwise, you kick ass....fuck tart....

Nothing to worry about. You do your job better than someone else who is called a 'senior admin'. The 'warn, warn, warn, kick...', is even too nice.

your more forgiving than the 42 admins ill tell ya that. your being too nice. it should be more like warn, warn, kick, warn, month ban
