Can anyone find the article CERN made about not being able to measure anything smaller than a planck length because the instumentation would iether be so masive it collapses into a black hole or is so large that the speed of light isn't fast enough to traverse it's relays?

That's the thing about Shard's spam: it travels at the speed of light. You can either judge it's length, or it's postion in a thread, but never both at the same time. And just the very act of observing (reading) his post changes the outcome, so you can never be sure of what Shard intended in the first place.
