Nail embedded in man's skull for 6 days!

A man has been complaining about a toothache for 6 days but found out that a four inch nail was lodged in his skull!

I can almost guarantee his lack of medical insurance was not by choice. Also, your medical isn't free. It is paid for by each and everyone of you. The last time I checked there wasn't a fairy med insurance godmother that bestowed upon the population free health care.
