You should be bothered even more by the fact that an ambulance showed up.
This is clearly an example of the gene pool trying to clean itself up.
Unfortunately Mankind try's to alter Nature's plans and this friggin moran will probably end up reproducing the stupid gene that he carries.

However, since the medics didin't know how the accident happened, I would still be concerned if I lived in a place where it takes 30 minutes to get an ambulance.
