how i fix it?

for the past week, after every rd or so i get really laggy on the ecgn server and when im not laggy i have high ping. Sometimes it gets laggy to the point the comp freezes. however i dont have this problem on any of the other servers. Also this nvr happened to me before I cant firgure whats up with that. any ideas or things that might help me fix this problem? thanks

Unplug your modem from its power source, turn off your computer, wait a lil bit, plug the modem back in, wait for everything to come online, turn computer on
