felony assault=3rd degree=3-5yrs in the clink, IF he already has a felony record he WILL do 3 yrs, real tough to sucker punch someone, then continue the assault.

I've been in bad situations when I was younger and some a few years ago, and have regretted some of the decisions I've made in the heat of the moment. Now that I am older and can think quickly I make rapid decisions to which I wont regret afterwards. In that situation I would have helped the guy. I don't care how much you weigh. Weight and size has nothing to do with anything. That guy is so stupid you could run over and pop him in the nose probably 5 times before he realizes whats going on.

I know people who weigh about 145-150 and could kick the shit out of a lot of people. If you don't weigh much and are worried that people bigger than you can win in a fight then you should start working out or something. take karate and shit. Look at the marines and people in the army, they arent big at all after boot camp and couldve taken that fat fuck down in a second....think about it. my borther probably weighs 155-160 and wouldve kicked the shit out of that fat ass, even though hes a marine that doesnt mean jack. anyone can educate themselves on self defense.

Did you guys see the size of that big black buck. He was like a big ape just pounding the other guy and then moving him around trying to find his phone. There is no way I would try to get him to back off. Unless I had a weapon of some sort. Even his girlfriend couldn't get him to leave after he knocked the guy out.

I can't believe that not one person intervened and tried to help. They just stood there...that is some society in the US...hard to believe.

Some world we live in where a guy gets beat up over a piece of pizza and nobody even dares to help him when he is clearly being victimized buy an idiot with a mouthy girlfriend. I mean, she spit on the guys' face and nobody did anything...that is really sad.
