just one more note on this subject, i have Windows XP, i went to "my computer" like Camel said and it was already configured the way it was supposed to be, i've tried everything, see you on the "beach', i'll be the guy gettin blown to pieces by an axis panzer directly behind the noob door blocker...lol

thats ok. If you can't use it maybe you could bind it to a key? If you dont use mouse3 that might be good.
/bind mouse3 "+salute"
typed into the game would do that just fine, no more door blokers.

I would like to have the spawn timer on too, but seems to me that that is an OSP thing. I would petition Shrub or at least send him an email if it is possible.

First if I want to spawn kill, its not my spawning time I need all the time but my ennemy spawn time. If I would like to have the spawning time always on is for different reasons. For exemple, you are an ally on the beach (or on any other map that have a spawning flag). An evil axis just took the bunker flag, and yes, you have to start running from the beach. you decide to head for the bunker to make shure the next spawning of ally wont have to go throo the beach as you just did. You go straight in the bunker (without lookink at the spawn time), take the flag and...
an axis kills you, then take the flag just a few seconds before you (and many more, specialy on OC48 
) spawn again. You can start back running the beach.
On the other side, if you look at the spawning time, you just have to wait till there is a few seconds left before the spawning time to run in and take the flag. Even if there is an axis waiting to kill you, there will be frsh troops by your side that cant be killed for a few sec.
This can be another tool to become a bether player... I think...
