When I grade a paper I start with something constructive. For example, great idea BUT you could have made this point much stronger…then I proceed to soak the paper in red, and at the end I call them names like assclowns, or stupid heads.

We use the word 'headmaster' for the position over here so you will have to forgive my spelling, it was experimental:)
