How do i?

When i make a personal "server" to just get on and mess around w/maps, It dont seem to run schrubmod. How do i make it run the same as the 24/7 beach? Thanks for any insight.

Add "+set fs_game shrubmod" to the starting command line in the shortcut, where "shrubmod" is the directory where Shrub is installed.

Do i type that in my MP shortcut on the desktop? or is it in my files?

shortcut to RTCW, right click on it and select "Properties", and in the "Target" box, add " +set fs_game shrubmod" at the end) i'm pretty sure thats what ya have to do.. i could be wrong its been 3 years since i tried running my own server.

Thanks to both of you. I really just like doin that for practicing my jumps- Lean+salute and strafe jumping. Kudos to $+L for teaching me the lean+Salute jump!

The "target" box in the shortcut will look like:
"C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein - Game of The Year Edition\WolfMP.exe" +set fs_game shrubmod
"C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein - Game of The Year Edition\WolfMP.exe" +set fs_game shrubmod

this is why we love bf. no command lines to screw around with. open up bfsm and type server name and select the maps. Done. [/rant]

Shrubmod is a RtCW mod. If you run a mod on BF, you need to add a command line switch also, ie: "+game bf1918".
You -can- start the mod from inside BF, but it would actually be easier to just make the command line addition once, and be done with it.

I have brickjump, dzm_trickjump, tj3, and kolo_trickjump. Is there any more out there? if so, and you have em, could you post a link to DL em? Thanks much!

i think iv'e only messed with trickjump 2 with Nofx and space ghost.. i'm not sure of any others.
