Normal Handling Bug Fix

I had previously posted a request for help with an odd message that was appearing whenever an engineer was arming dynamite on my servers. There was little information out there on this bug.

I was running Shrubmod v3.1b, which I thought was the latest version, as many download sites have it as the latest one. V3.1b is not the latest, v3.1.1b is. After finding this version, and putting it on my servers, it fixed the bug.

Thanks to Blackhole for ferreting this one out.
