my secretary is playing friggen spider solitare. and i'm answering the phone. And my boss is gone to Florida and 1 guys in the Airforce reserves in Texas taking classes for 6 months. And now i find out my brother.. who also works here is going to the Poconos for 4 days.. so basically i'm running this bitch by myself :/ there goes the weekend.

rofl,, yeh i should, its pretty lame.. last time i checked she was clippign her nails. only thing she has done today.. besides running to the banks with the deposits. plus i have a wedding to go to. grr $9.00 an hour what a waste of money. I hope non of u guys are someones boss it sucks...

I have to agree. My boss used to be the thing about work that was most stressful. That has changed in the past few months. Supervising sucks.

Was she given a precise task list? Did you tell her how she is expected to act?
Perhaps there's something wrong with her (home problems, etc) and she lacks motivation.
