Almost looks like she ment for it to flop out. You don't see it in the replays but in the first shot she shugs her left shoulder forward. If she wanted to reposition the dress back I would think she would shrug upwards or just fix it with her hand. Either way i would say a very fine example of Breastage.

Poor Tara, she can't win.
She starts out with small boobs, then gets bigger ones to make us happy. Then she manages to stay drunk most of her waking hours, all while demonstrating a predilection toward loose fitting, low cut dresses. She even stands around for like a minute with tha ole funbag exposed for us to see.
Yeah, it's a bad boob job, but I salute her for her effort and good intentions. If all the women in the world would just remain drunk and wear those kinds of dresses, I think world would be a better place. I salute you Tara Reid !
