This is one of those cases where I feel good and unconflicted about the DP. Don't care if deters crime, don't care if it costs/saves money. This is one where it's justified totally on the grounds of justice being served. Who wouldn't sleep better at night knowing this animal spent his last hours in terror knowing that he was about to die?
I shouldn't let it piss me off, I suppose this type of thing is happening all over the world at one time or another, but it always seems to get to me.

I felt bad afterwards for starting this thread, I was just so pissed I had to vent. Crimes are bad enough, but I blow my stack when people commit crimes against kids, it's just the lowest of the low.

even in-mates don't take kindly to people child rapists/killers and others who do commit weird crimes (jeffry domer). I've seen documentaries where they talk about how much worse off those criminal are in jail. i hope he never thinks of tossed salad the same again.

well its a fact that criminals who rape little kids are the first ones to get raped in prison or killed. I think this man will probably get gangraped about 6 days a week up until his execution.

The thing is, he is not going to get the DP. Hell, I bet he's out on the street in less than 20 years, maybe even 10 years. Those kids lives are just destroyed and this bastard will be out before you know it. Even worse, what if the prosecutor decides to do the old plea bargaining route? Ugh, I don't even want to think about it.
