Why do people like this film themselves? It must shatter the mental image of themselves that they possess while doing this.
On the other hand, it this guy did this five days a week, he would probably lose some weight. Holy Shit, I might be on to something!
I'll start a cardio class for nerds. One hour of high intensity cardio workouts whipping a toy lightsaber around, give all the moves jedi names from those Star Wars books and video games. The nerds will feel like they are training to be Jedi's.
