Two things I wanted to mention and get some feedback on:
1) Man-at-arms, we didn't get to finish our conversation as to why you don't like the master ban list as a reliable source for bans. When someone violates a law on the server, ie, a hack is found, a violation occurs. Two things are triggered. The violation log info is sent to a central server for the mbl entry and it is entereed into your logs and the player is kicked (if its a v entry). The only way to fake a person is to have their cdkey or key entry file. Even then, things can be cross referenced for IPs if there is a problem and someone doesn't agree with why they were banned. The mbl also gives you all the latest hack file entries to check for on the person's machine to keep you up to date on what Punkbuster does not catch. This is using a tool called the md5tool. A majority of the people who are caught these days are by using this md5tool to check for the existance of a file by name. For example Aegis on here who has 158+ ping has one of the best accuracies in the game. There is a reason for this. The GUID he is using right now if you cross reference it against the master ban list will show you this entry.

TAO Clan caught him on their server using the Silo hack, which is an aimbot that doesn't aim for the head, but rather aims for the body of the enemy at the same height the person has their gun pointed at. A person specing this individual will see his gun wave back and forth when he shots (depending on the settings in their config file, which is called mhconfig.ini). The big indicater for this aimbot is even though the gun moves back and forth a lot, if you slow down the demo and watch where the bullets fly, the majority of the bullets only shoot when they are over the enemy's body.
strangely enough, another GUID from that same ip range has been caught before as well

This is an actual CAL League server. Since this is for a different reason, I'm assuming this guy has multiple hacks installed on his server so who knows which one he is using these days. The best way to check is to use the master ban list and/or the md5tool and know which files to check for.
Now tell me, how many players are from Le Groupe Videotron Ltee that you've seen on your server.

What is the story with the people throwing knives? Is that a hack, or is it part of shrub? Also, there are times as well where I get taken down instantly, where right at the beginning of a duel my health goes from full to zero in a split second, it is probably just a lag issue of some kind, but I've often wondered if that was a hack.

Throwing knives is perfectly legit, Sgt. Try it: Switch to knife, then push whatever key you have drop weapon bound to (I think default is P).

The demos I see here show his "shake" factor or side to side factor is non existant. But if you notice he sure does hit people almost 100 percent of the time even though his gun isn't even aiming at them at first.
The last of the 3 demos is the best to watch to show he hacks. He shoots at people in the exact same location cross hair wise, but the bullets fly to the far left to start and then blindly line up perfectly on the guy at the same location his gun was at.
Below is the actual configuration file that was found on his machine. Compare IPS for those of you who can and confirm that this GUID and IP match Aegis. mrhax was the alias that silo used to post his hack to the community. The FL is the key here, it tells the aimbot for how long it should lock onto its target, the rest of the time it fires as it normally would without the assistance of the aimbot.

MAN AT ARMS, ME N WTH|MELARLO EXPERIANCED THIS KIND OF SHOOT'IN ON YOUR SERVER THE OTHER NIGHT. IT WAS ME N' MELARLO AND ANOTHER PLAYER. WE ALL HAD FULL HEALTH AND HE CAME UP TO US AND KILLED ALL 3 OF US WITH ONE SHOT EACH AND HE WAS AIMIN AT OUR STOMACHS THAT WAS VERY ODD...LOL!!!:ar15:

So now I have been accused of using aimbot, earlier - 2 weeks ago I have been accused by Bassman of using wall hack and thus seeing through walls. In such tempo soon I would be accussed of all crimes known to men, but ban from MAN-AT-ARMS was faster.
And what my crime really is? Apparently I play too good as for my ping. My crime is that I spent far to much time playing Quakeworld since 1996 and RTCW since 2001.
I watched my demos posted here by Stl Lunatic. Almost everyone will find a proof that I cheat there. Someone who has to see enemy to start shooting at him will be sure that I use wall hack. the same with someone who doesnt locate and recognize footsteps. Someone other will tell that I turn around hell to fast. Finally someone will consider that my accuracy is too high. If I would ask what about moments when my accuracy is lower, he would simply explained that I turned aimbot off. What about when I shoot with good accuracy at head, moment latter at corpus or legs? Well that also can be easily explained - he would say - modern aimbots are really good, almost everything can be altered.
So my situation is rather grim, whatever I will tell my word means nothing. In case of few persons that I play with for years now if not from the very beggining of RTCW test 1 I am little dissipointed.
The only way of partially proofing that its not me who cheated with GUID that Bman posted at the beginning is

Many times I publicly stated that I use CD-KEY found on www page.
Just type: TLAD KEY in google and you will find the key that I used for the last year or so until now. With this you will have GUID=
6668b3c5e36ff2a6eb1a0383180cb75e
This proofs that tens if not hundreds players might used that CD-KEY thus GUID.
So the key factor are IP adresses.
I started to play RTCW test 1 as aegis[PL] and I was playing under such nick until a year ago. PL is international code for POLAND, also I stated many times on ECG server where I am from.
From about 6 months I have one static IP adress in 62.233.254.XXX subnet - you can easily resolve this adress to country using http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp just replace XXX with any number 1-254.
According to this service adresses "24.203.181.69" and "24.203.155.251" that Bman posted
as a proof of my former cheating activity resolve to MONTREAL CANADA.
I would like to ask any admin to check and post here following informations:
1) Did I say truth about my IP adress and location where I am from.
2) Was there any single logon with nickname aegis for the last 6 months with a different IP adress than 62.233.254.XXX
3) Was there any other nickname associated with that IP.

And what my crime really is? Apparently I play too good as for my ping. My crime is that I spent far to much time playing Quakeworld since 1996 and RTCW since 2001.
I watched my demos posted here by Stl Lunatic. Almost everyone will find a proof that I cheat there. Someone who has to see enemy to start shooting at him will be sure that I use wall hack. the same with someone who doesnt locate and recognize footsteps. Someone other will tell that I turn around hell to fast. Finally someone will consider that my accuracy is too high. If I would ask what about moments when my accuracy is lower, he would simply explained that I turned aimbot off. What about when I shoot with good accuracy at head, moment latter at corpus or legs? Well that also can be easily explained - he would say - modern aimbots are really good, almost everything can be altered.
So my situation is rather grim, whatever I will tell my word means nothing. In case of few persons that I play with for years now if not from the very beggining of RTCW test 1 I am little dissipointed.
The only way of partially proofing that its not me who cheated with GUID that Bman posted at the beginning is

Many times I publicly stated that I use CD-KEY found on www page.
Just type: TLAD KEY in google and you will find the key that I used for the last year or so until now. With this you will have GUID=
6668b3c5e36ff2a6eb1a0383180cb75e
This proofs that tens if not hundreds players might used that CD-KEY thus GUID.
So the key factor are IP adresses.
I started to play RTCW test 1 as aegis[PL] and I was playing under such nick until a year ago. PL is international code for POLAND, also I stated many times on ECG server where I am from.
From about 6 months I have one static IP adress in 62.233.254.XXX subnet - you can easily resolve this adress to country using http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp just replace XXX with any number 1-254.
According to this service adresses "24.203.181.69" and "24.203.155.251" that Bman posted
as a proof of my former cheating activity resolve to MONTREAL CANADA.
I would like to ask any admin to check and post here following informations:
1) Did I say truth about my IP adress and location where I am from.
2) Was there any single logon with nickname aegis for the last 6 months with a different IP adress than 62.233.254.XXX
3) Was there any other nickname associated with that IP.
4) Was there any least proof of any cheating acitivity from that IP or from any IP that resolves to my ISP, or even from any IP that resolves to Poland.

I could go on and on about how people have watched you and demoed you and think you hack with the silo body bot, but I'm going to do something a little simpler.
If you got that CDKEY off the internet, how and why did you use Aegis which is the same exact name of the person that was caught hacking before using that same CDKEY? Was that name linked to that CDKEY magically so you had to use it?
