This is a blow to States Rights. The current administration argued that since there is some “economic benefit” to selling weed interstate, then the UCC applies and the federal government can have jurisdiction in enforcement (i.e send in the FBI eventhough State Law permits the "crime"). I would think that the “economic benefit” standard could be easy to meet and the current Congress will evoke this ruling whenever a state does something not agreed to by the majority in congress or the administration. This could go far beyond pot.

It was also interesting to see a few of the so called conservative justices dissenting.
