I'd rather see Lance win then anyone else...Lance promotes the sport of cycling more then anyone anyway...if he didn't win 6 in a row, i wouldn't follow the stage results everyday like i do now.

I thought they just changed the order of the mountain stages....but I am not a huge cycling fan so I could be wrong. I can't wait for him to retire though, it would be nice if someone else won it ha ha.

Lance is back in first, after he surrendered the yellow jersey on stage 8 to Jens Voigt, seeing that they entered two mountain stages at 10, and 11 today, Lance is back on top with Voigt falling out of the picture, however Micheal Rasmussen is only :38 behind. Lance however has a strong chance of winning again due to the fact that someone like Rasmussen will have to take the yellow jersey and get at least a 2 minute lead because of the last time trial in the race which Lance will be untouchable in. Everything is looking good so far....here's what is coming tomorow according to tourdefrance news dot com.
On Thursday, the riders leave the mountains behind them, at least for a couple of days, but there are a lot of riders looking for revenge after the beating they took in the Alps. Expect some big attacks.

No, they are probably tired of climbers winning so much.
Mountain races and time trials are the only stages contending riders can pick up time. If you have 7 mountain stages and 3 time trials; it's fairly obvious who is going to win every year: someone who can climb well, who doesn't suck horribly on flat time trials, and who doesn't fall off his bike too much on the other 11 days.
Armstrong happens to be a fantastic climber and time trialist with eight teammates willing to take a bullet for him on the road races. Unsurprisingly enough, he has repeatedly kicked the crap out of everyone.

He's up to a 1:41 lead, and he still has a time trial left, which should gain him about another 2 minutes of lead in that stage alone. CBS i believed at 5pm EST tomorow will be televising the stage.
