BOOO adelphia sucks!

JEEZUS FOOKING CHRIST!
broadband went out friday...made an appointment to get a tech to my house on wedsnday from 10AM-12.
Called everyday asking if I can get a sooner appointement, or if they had cancelations. THey never even look.
Come today, the tech doesn't even call until 12:30, then arrives at 1! THen he says, oh it was something stupid the last tech did, I fixed it, but because you got a new modem like the tech support over the phone said to, your screwed.
I call back once an hour trying to get them to activate my modem, they FINALLY do after my 5th or 6th phone call.

don't even get me started on Adelphia. Adelphia is my isp and it sucks in every way you can think of...

I also have Adelphia and I don't like them either.
They would probably be okay if the Regas family hadn't stolen all the company money.

Well the cutting off, its slow sometimes, and I also have Adelphia Digital Cable for TV. that goes down a lot, freezes, needs to restart. I don't know, I guess just crappy all around.
