Ok photoshoppers, i need something done by this afternoon...
I need this
to be put in place of the indian head (seen below) also I need all the black to be made into the garnet color (in the above picture)
sort of like this (see below) but better and more professional (mine was done in paint!)

Thanks Ship, youre the man! This is what we ended up coming up with based of |RS|Inzzy and |RS|Shipwreck's Ideas.
Id like to think it came out great! Small problem though....anyone know how to make it bigger as to have it blown onto a 3' by 5' banner without being pixilated as hell?

For that, it would have to be redone from scratch in a vector-drawing program like Adobe Illustrator. Forget Photoshop.
