Help!!!

Postby EL CONQUISTADOR » Thu Sep 01, 2005 12:25 pm

My PC is acting up. I'm having a problem getting on the internet, TS, and logging into battlefield. When I first start
my PC everything is fine. If I leave the PC alone for about 15 mins and come back and try to connect I can't. Rebooting fixes this, or if I shut down zone alarm. I've reinstalled zone
alarm a couple times and internet explorer, nothing seems to help. Norton's doesn't find any viruses and I keep my pc
clean of spyware etc. Also, if I connect and stay connected I don't lose my connection.

Any ideas?

Thanks

seems to me, that there is an idle timer running. if you're on a dial-up connection, maybe you specified hanging up after xx min with no activity? you could check this at the dial-up-networking.
